​What materials are your clothes made from?

We use high quality, sustainable materials across our range, with a focus on organic and recycled cotton. Fabric details vary by piece, so check the product description on each item's page for the exact materials used.

Do you offer international shipping?

UK, and International shipping. Please contact us directly for international shipping & delivery rates and estimated delivery times.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

​

Most HOK pieces are made to order, printed and prepared just for you, which keeps waste down and quality up. Please allow 7 to 11 working days for your order to arrive. This covers the time to make your item and ship it. You will receive tracking as soon as it is on its way. If it has not arrived after 11 working days, contact us and we will sort it.

Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?

​

We process orders quickly, so it’s best to review your cart before finalizing your purchase. While we can’t guarantee changes once an order is placed, we will do our best to accommodate your request before it ships.

What is your return and exchange policy?

​

We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn and in original condition with tags attached. Return postage is covered by the customer, unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect, in which case we will cover it.

​​Made to order pieces can only be returned if faulty, as they are produced specifically for you.

How do I care for my clothes?

Care instructions for each piece are printed on the garment's own care label, so always follow those first. As a general guide, wash inside out on a cold gentle cycle with like colours, avoid ironing over any print, and skip the tumble dryer on printed items to protect the design.
